DEGREE ATTESTATION

Educational Certificate Attestation for Employment Visa in UAE

Certificate Attestation in the UAE is required for Expatriates who want to settle in the country – live, work, and study here. Educational certificates are documents received from nurseries, schools, colleges, and universities. Corporate offices in UAE ask their employees to submit their degree certificates, diploma, and transcript of records for employment visas, promotions, or visa renewal purposes. This is to follow UAE's rules when it comes to expatriates' employment and residential visas.

However, attestation may be confusing and complicated for expatriates, especially the new ones, because of the different governmental organizations and authorized people you need to meet in various offices to complete the process.

For the online attestation process, contact us:

Attestation of Educational Certificates involves these steps:

1.       Certified True Copy (selected countries)

2.       Notary Public Stamp (selected countries)

3.       Ministry of Education

4.       Ministry of Foreign Affairs in issuing country

5.       UAE Embassy Attestation in issuing country

6.       Ministry of Foreign Affairs Attestation in Dubai

For Notary Public Stamp, authorized people who have the power to notarize certificates need to stamp your documents to be considered verified to be attested.

Next, the Ministry of Education needs to certify, authenticate, and verify that your degree certificate was issued by the university name it states.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the issuing country will do further authentication before proceeding to UAE Embassy for the attestation process.

UAE Embassy in the issuing country will stamp the certificate(s) given before the certificate is ready to be attested in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dubai.

Lastly, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai will stamp the certificate(s) to complete the process of attestation.

Once the attestation process is complete, consider your certificates genuine and legal to be used in the United Arab Emirates for Employment and Residential Visa.
